Vegetable stock cubes are available in market now. Just need to add a little water and bring it to boil for soup preparations.

Chicken Noodles Soup recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Noodles Soup:

1. Vegetable Stock – ½ litre

    Garlic paste – 1 small spoon

    Ginger paste – ½ small spoon

    Soya sauce – 2 small spoons

    Sugar – 2 small spoons

2. Cooked chicken without bones, torn into small pieces – ½ cup

    Carrot – 1 cut into small pieces

    Green peas – ½ cup

    Sweet corn – ½ cup

3. Noodles cooked and drained water – 1 packet

4. Pepper – As per taste

    Lemon juice – From one lemon

How to prepare Chicken Noodles Soup?

1. Take a big pan and mix all ingredients listed under 1, and place in flame.

2. When it boils, add chicken pieces and vegetable pieces (listed under 2), and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.

3. Add cooked noodles, stir well, and bring it to a boil.

4. When it boils well, turn the flame off and add pepper powder and lemon juice.

5. Mix well and serve hot.

Note: If you want to make Vegetable Corn Soup, simply exclude chicken from this recipe. You can also add a few coriander leaves if you want
