Cauliflower Beetroot Rolls recipe

Ingredients for Cauliflower Beetroot Rolls:

1. Water – 1.5 cups

2. Basmati rice – 1 cup, soaked

    Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom – 3 each

    Frozen green peas – ½ cup

3. Ghee – 2 small spoons

4. Cumin – 2 small spoons

5. Onion – 1, chopped fine

    Garlic – 5 cloves, chopped fine

    Green chillies – 3, chopped fine

6. Tomato chopped fine – 1

7. Salt – As needed

    Kashmiri chilli powder – ½ small spoon

8. Cauliflower chopped fine – ½ cup

9. Beetroot cooked and made into a smooth paste – 5 big spoons

    Salt – For taste

    Butter melted – 1 small spoon

    Wheat flour – 1 cup

10. Warm water – As needed

How to prepare Cauliflower Beetroot Rolls?

1. To prepare cauliflower rice, boil water and add rice and along with spices and frozen green peas.

2. Cook rice until it’s well-cooked, and the water content is fully absorbed.

3. Heat ghee in a pan and sputter cumin seeds.

4. Sauté ingredients no: 5, followed by chopped tomato.

5. Add ingredients no: 7 and sauté for a few minutes.

6. Add cauliflower along with a little water, and cook well.

7. Add cooked rice and mix the contents well.

8. To prepare beetroot chapati, prepare dough using ingredients no: 9, adding sufficient warm water.

9. Make small balls from it and spread them into thin chapatis. Prepare beetroot chapatis.

10. Place a little prepared cauliflower rice inside each chapati and roll it tightly.
