Carrot Fudge

Ingredients for Carrot Fudge:

1. Grated carrot – 4 cups 

    Milk – 1 litre 

2. Condensed milk – 1 tin 

    Sugar – 2 1/4 cups (as required) 

    Butter – 1 cup 

3. Cardamom powder – 1 small spoon 

How to prepare Carrot Fudge?

1. Add milk and carrot to a pan and cook on medium heat. 

2. When the carrot is cooked and the milk is almost fully evaporated, add the second set of ingredients and continue stirring. 

3. When it thickens well and butter starts to separate, add cardamom powder and stir. 

4. Pour this into a greased flat dish, let it set, cut into small square pieces and serve.
