Broasted Bun

Ingredients for Broasted Bun:

1. Small buns – 10

2. Cabbage chopped fine – ½ cup

    Carrot chopped fine – ½ cup

    Capsicum chopped fine – ½ cup

    Chicken (cooked adding salt and chilli powder) chopped fine – ½ cup

    Potato boiled – 1, smashed

    Mayonnaise – 2 table spoons

3. Tomato sauce – As required

4. Salad cucumber -1, chopped into thin round pieces

    Tomato -1, chopped into thin round pieces

To prepare batter:

5. Corn flour – ½ cup

    Maida – ½ cup

    Salt – For taste

For coating:

6. Oats – ½ cup

    Corn flour – ½ cup

    Crushed chillies – 1 table spoon

7. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Broasted Bun?

1. Cut buns into exactly two halves.

2. Mix together ingredients no: 2 to prepare filling.

3. Apply a thin coat of tomato sauce on the inner side of a bun and place the filling.

4. Place a piece of cucumber and tomato each and close it with second half of a bun.

5. Continue the process for remaining buns.

6. Prepare the batter using ingredients no: 5 and water.

7. Dip each bun in this batter and roll on the mixture of ingredients no: 6 to get a fine coat.

8. Deep fry the buns in hot oil.
