Banana – Rava Bonda
Ingredients for Banana – Rava Bonda:
- Raw banana – 2
- Onion – 3
- Roasted rava – 1.5 cups
- Gram flour – ¾ cup
- All purpose flour – ½ cup
- Ginger – 1 piece
- Green chillies – 4
- Chilli powder – 1.5 spoons
- Salt – as needed
- Curry leaves and coriander leaves – as needed
- Asafetida powder – 1 pinch
- Oil – for frying
How to prepare Banana – Rava Bonda?
- Finely chop ginger, onions and chillies.
- Peel off the skin of banana and make them tiny pieces.
- Finely chop coriander leaves and curry leaves and mix them with remaining ingredients.
- Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil.
