Arjun Nandhakumar – Malayalam actor of ‘Oru Mugham’ fame

Arjun Nandhakumar is a character artist of Malayalam cinema, who marked his debut in 2012 with Casanovva directed by Rosshan Andrrews. He played the character Kiran in the flop movie. Since then he has appeared in around 20 films. He played character Ravi in 2016 hit Oppam, and the negative character Aravindan in campus drama Oru Mugham, which earned him initial recognition. He is also a dentist by profession. He played Jayasurya’s best friend in national award winning film, Su Su Sudhi Vathmeekam, and Mark Roshan in Grand Master.

Arjun is a native of Chennithala of Alappuzha district, born in 1986. He completed BDS Dentistry at Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram. He has been a part-time model before joining film industry in 2012. Radio Jockey, 8:20, Marupadi, Jamnapyari, Mandaram, Dolphins, Medulla Oblongata, Masterpiece etc are some of his film roles.

1. Apart from acting he loves cricket. He is a key player of Kerala Strikers which participates in Celebrity Cricket League.

2. He prefers to do performance oriented character and supporting roles rather than doing dull lead roles. In most of his film roles, he has succeeded to leave a mark, even if the screen time is only brief.

3. He has been a part-time model and also a dentist by academics before joining film industry.

4. In 2016 he has been a part of two successful thrillers back to back.
