Abeni Aadhi of Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho fame

Abeni Aadhi is a child artist who works in Malayalam cinema. She shot to fame playing the full-length role of Ambili in Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho, released in 2016. It was her debut flick, and she was 9 years old when she accepted this role. She also bagged her first state award for best actor in a child role for playing Appu’s cousin in the film which told about how to pursue dreams and what our real duties are about. She also received the same award for the second time for 2018 movie – Panth. She is also a successful child model who has been featured in a few TV ads.

Abeni hails from Palkulangara, Thiruvananthapuram and she is currently studying at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pattom. Her father Aadhi Balakrishnan is a close friend of Sidhartha Siva, who directed the film, Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho. That’s how she got her first film entry.
