Mutton Ularth with Green Masala

Ingredients for Mutton Ularth with Green Masala:

1. Dried Red Chilli – 6 

    Coriander – 6 small spoons 

    Black Pepper – 1 small spoon 

    Cumin – A pinch 

    Cloves – 6 

    Cinnamon – Two 2-inch pieces 

    Turmeric – 1 small piece 

2. Tender Mutton – ½ kg, cut into small pieces 

3. Salt, Water, Vinegar – As required 

4. Oil – ¼ cup 

    Onion, sliced lengthwise – 1 cup 

    Ginger, thinly sliced lengthwise – 2 small spoons 

    Garlic, thinly sliced lengthwise – 6 cloves 

    Curry Leaves – A little 

How to prepare Mutton Ularth with Green Masala?

1. Grind the first set of ingredients together into a coarse powder and set aside. 

2. Add the ground masala and the third set of ingredients to the mutton, cook, and reduce the water completely. 

3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions. 

4. Add ginger, garlic, and a little curry leaves, then sauté again. 

5. When it turns golden brown, add the prepared mutton, mix well, and roast until done.
