Minced Meat Rice
Ingredients for Minced Meat Rice:
1. Fennel – 1 Small Spoon
Green Chilli – 6
Ginger Sliced – 2 Small Spoons
Nutmeg – 1 Small Piece
2. Minced Meat – ½ kg
Salt – As Required
3. Oil – ¼ Cup
Onion – 1 Cup, Thinly Sliced Lengthwise
4. Oil – A Little
Onion – 1 Cup, Thinly Sliced Lengthwise
Turmeric Powder – ½ Small Spoon
5. Chilli Powder – 1 Small Spoon
Tomato Finely Chopped – ½ Cup
Cashew Paste – 4 Small Spoons
6. Rice – 2 Cups, Cooked and Drained
7. Ghee – 4 Small Spoons
Salt – As Required
Sugar – 2 Pinches
Lemon Juice – As Required
8. Gingelly Oil – As Required
Mustard – ½ Small Spoon
Green Gram Dal – 4 Small Spoons
Dried Chilli – 4, Halved
How to prepare Minced Meat Rice?
1. Grind the first ingredients into a smooth paste.
2. Apply this paste to the minced meat along with salt and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced onions until dark brown, then remove and keep aside.
4. Add a little more oil to the pan, then sauté the lengthwise sliced onions.
5. Once they turn light brown, add turmeric powder and stir on low flame.
6. Add chili powder, followed by finely chopped tomatoes, and sauté well.
7. Mix in four teaspoons of cashew paste and stir.
8. Once well sautéed, add the marinated minced meat and mix well.
9. Adjust salt to taste, pour boiling water, and cook until the gravy thickens.
10. Add the fried onions, stir well, and set aside.
11. Mix the cooked rice with the seventh set of ingredients and keep aside.
12. Heat Gingelly Oil in a pan and temper the eighth set of ingredients in order.
13. Pour this along with the oil into the rice and mix well.
14. Serve the rice on a plate and top it with the prepared minced meat before serving.
