Irachi Cake

Ingredients for Irachi Cake:

1. Oil – As required

2. Onion – 4, finely chopped

    Green chilli – 3, chopped

3. Chicken – 400g, cooked with salt and turmeric powder

4. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

    Garam masala powder – 3/4 tsp

5. Coriander leaves, Curry leaves – As required

6. Egg – 8

    Pepper powder – 1 tbsp

    Salt – As required

How to prepare Irachi Cake?

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and green chilli. Add chicken and stir well. 

2. Add the fourth set of ingredients and sauté until the masala releases a strong aroma. Then add coriander leaves and curry leaves and stir well. 

3. Cover and cook on low heat for five more minutes before setting aside. 

4. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper powder. Add the prepared masala mix to this and combine well. 

5. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan, pour the prepared mixture, and cook covered on low heat for 20 minutes.
