Honey Glazed Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients for Honey Glazed Teriyaki Chicken:

1. Chicken breast – Half kg

2. Corn flour – 2 big spoons

    Salt and Pepper powder – As per taste

For Teriyaki sauce:

3. Soya sauce – 3 big spoons

    Vinegar – 2 big spoons

    Honey – 2 big spoons

    Sugar – 2 small spoons

    Water – 3 big spoons

4. Spring onion chopped – 1 big spoon

    Ginger and garlic chopped into round pieces – 1 big spoon each

    Crushed Chillies – 1 big spoon

5. Oil – As required

6. Spring onion chopped – 1 big spoon

7. White sesame seeds – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Honey Glazed Teriyaki Chicken?

1. Clean chicken breast and cut into thin lengthy pieces.

2. Marinate chicken using ingredients 2 and allow it to rest.

3. To prepare Teriyaki sauce, first mix ingredients 3, followed by ingredients 4.

4. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken.

5. When it turns crispy, add Teriyaki sauce to it and boil it.

6. Continue cooking until water is absorbed.

7. Put off the flame and decorate the chicken using spring onion and white sesame seeds.
