Mini Italian Samosa

Ingredients for Mini Italian Samosa:

1. Butter – 2 big spoons

2. Onion chopped fine – ½ cup

3. Garlic chopped – ½ small spoon

    Green chillies – 4, chopped

    Chicken, cooked adding salt and pepper & torn into pieces – 1 cup

    Pepper powder – ½ small spoon

4. White sauce – ½ cup

    Grated cheese – 4 big spoons

5. Samosa leaf – 15

6. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Mini Italian Samosa?

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions.

2. Add ingredients no: 3 and sauté again.

3. Add white sauce and grated cheese and put off the flame.

4. Place filling inside each samosa leaf and fold into triangle shapes.

5. Heat oil and deep fry your samosas.

6. To prepare white sauce, heat ½ spoon butter first.

7. Add ½ tsp maida and mix it well.

8. Add ½ cup milk and continue cooking till sauce thickens.
