Cabbage Pakoda
Ingredients for Cabbage Pakoda:
1. Cabbage chopped – 2 cups
Chopped onions – 1
2. Gram flour – ¾ cup
Rice flour – ¼ cup
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Asafoetida – A pinch
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 2 stalks
Salt – As needed
3. Oil – As needed
How to prepare Cabbage Pakoda?
1. Squeeze chopped cabbage and onions to remove excess water.
2. Prepare batter using ingredients no: 2, adding sufficient water.
3. Add cabbage and onions to it.
4. Heat oil and put the batter little by little.
5. Deep fry pakodas till golden brown.
6. Serve with chutney of your choice.
