Eggless Coffee Cake
Ingredients for Eggless Coffee Cake:
1. Instant coffee powder – 1 big spoon
Hot water – 35 milli
2. Milk/Soya milk – 300 milli
Cake gel – 2 small spoons
3. Maida – ¼ kg
Vanilla powder – 2 small spoons
Baking powder – 1.5 small spoons
For icing:
4. Whipping Cream – 300 milli
5. Chocolate ganache and coffee powder – As required
How to prepare Eggless Coffee Cake?
1. Pre-hear oven in 170 degree celsious.
2. Mix together ingredients no: 1.
3. Add milk and cake gel and beat the contents well.
4. Blend together ingredients no: 3 and add to coffee mixture to prepare soft batter.
5. Put a paper in cake tin and pour the batter.
6. In the pre-heated oven, bake the cake for 25-30 minutes.
7. Cut cake into three layers.
8. Above first layer apply whipping layer followed by ganache.
9. Sprinkle coffee powder on its top.
10. Place second layer and continue the same process followed by third layer.
11. Now you can do icing and decorate the cake as you wish.
