Every season has its own traits, and our body parts react differently. So we need to carry on different styles of personal care for every season. 7 Monsoon Foot Care Tips
Moisturizer treatment
If you go out while it’s raining and your feet get soaked, they need special attention once you reach home. The first thing to do is to gently remove the moisture with a towel. Then apply a moisturiser to your feet. It is one of the best and easiest foot-care methods.
Oil care
During monsoon nights, you can give your feet a little oil care before you go to sleep. Add 3 drops of tea tree oil to a big spoon of coconut oil and mix well. Apply on feet and fingers before you go to bed.
Remedy for fungal infection
Boil water, adding neem leaves and allow it to cool down. When it becomes lukewarm, add a little salt and dip your feet completely. After 15 minutes, completely remove moisture using a piece of cloth. You can do it twice a week.
For cracks and itching
Take some turmeric powder and mix it with an equal quantity of honey. Apply to the affected areas of your feet. It is a good remedy for cracks and itching.
Hot oil treatment for itching of your feet
Crush two cloves of garlic and heat them in a big spoonful of coconut oil. When it turns lukewarm, apply it to the affected parts.
To get rid of the bad odour of feet
Mix half a cup of apple cider vinegar with one litre of water. Dip your feet in the solution for a while and get rid of the bad odour.
Excellent foot scrub for you
Take 2 big spoons of salt in a bowl. In another bowl, take a big spoonful of coconut oil. Take a half portion of lemon and dip it in coconut oil first. Then dip it in salt and rub our feet for a while. Later, wash your feet using lukewarm water.
