Wheat Batura

Ingredients for Wheat Batura:

1. Wheat flour – 2 cups

    Baking soda – ¼ small spoon

    Salt – ¼ small spoon

2. Curd – 1 big spoon

    Egg – 1

    Ghee – 2 big spoons

    Milk – ½ cup

3. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Wheat Batura?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together.

2. Add ingredients no: 2 one after another, and knead the dough.

3. Close the lid and allow it to rest for 2 hours.

4. Spread them to round shapes, with the thickness of puri.

5. Deep fry in hot oil.
