Vegetable Curry recipe

Ingredients for Vegetable Curry:

1. Potato, beans, carrot, cauliflower – 250 gm, cut into pieces

2. Oil – 2 big spoons

3. Cumin seeds – ¼ small spoon

4. Onions chopped – ¼ cup

5. Coriander powder – ¼ small spoon

    Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

6. Tomatoes chopped fine – ¼ cup

7. Water – ½ cup

    Salt – For taste

How to prepare Vegetable Curry?

1. Half-cook the vegetables using the steaming process.

2. Heat oil and fry cumin seeds. Add onions and sauté well.

3. Soak ingredients no: 5 in a little water and add to the onions.

4. Sauté again till the raw smell of curry powders goes out.

5. Add tomatoes and sauté well.

6. When it’s done, add salt and water.

7. Mix the contents well and bring to a boil.

8. Add half-cooked vegetables, mix well, and cook them well.

9. Serve hot with onion batura.
