Murg Qutab Shahi is a Mughalai dish.

Kabuli Pulao and Murg Qutub Shahi

Ingredients for Murg Qutub Shahi:

1. Chicken – ½ of a full chicken, cut into pieces

2. Cashew paste – 2 big spoons

    Couscous – 1 big spoon

    Onions sauted & ground – 1 big spoon

    Ginger and garlic paste – 1 big spoon

    Green chillies chopped fine – 2 big spoons

    Garam masala powder – ½ big spoon

    Almonds ground – 1.5 big spoons

    Curd – 3 big spoons

3. Ghee – 4 big spoons

    Refined oil – 1 big spoon

How to prepare Murg Qutub Shahi?

1. Marinate chicken using ingredients no: 2.

2. Allow it to rest for 2 hours.

3. Heat ghee and oil in a big pan and cook chicken in low flame.

4. Serve Murg Qutub Shahi with Kabuli Pulao.
