Maanga Thairu (Mango Curd)

Ingredients for Maanga Thairu (Mango Curd):

1. Sour-less curd – 1 cup

2. Honey – 2 big spoons

3. Well ripen mango fruit – ½ cup, smashed well

How to prepare Maanga Thairu (Mango Curd)?

1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.

2. Chill it and serve.

3. You can also substitute mangoes with papaya or strawberry.
