
Ingredients for Keema Rice:
1. Mint chicken – ½ kg
2. Biryani rice or jeerakasala rice – 3 cups
Water – 6 cups
3. Coconut oil – ½ cup
Ghee – ½ cup
4. Ginger – 1-inch piece, chopped
Garlic – 1 (as whole), chopped
Green chillies – 6, chopped
5. Onions chopped – 2, medium-sized
Tomatoes chopped – 2 small
6. Salt – For taste
7. Coriander leaves chopped fine – 50 g
How to prepare Keema Rice?
1. Mix oil and ghee and heat in a pan.
2. Sauté ingredients no: 4.
3. When a pleasant aroma comes out, add tomatoes and onions and sauté again.
4. When onions are well sauted, cook chicken, adding sufficient salt.
5. When the chicken is well-cooked, add washed rice to it.
6. Add salt and 6 cups of water, and cook the rice.
7. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve hot.
