Green Tomato Curry recipe

Ingredients for Green Tomato Curry:

1. Green tomato – 4, sliced lengthwise

    Onions – 1, sliced similar to the tomato

    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

    Salt – As required

2. Coconut grated – 1 cup

    Shallots – 4

    Garlic – 3 cloves

    Cumin seeds – ¼ small spoon

    Curry leaves – 1 stalk

3. Coconut oil – 2 big spoons

4. Mustard- ½ small spoon

    Shallots – 3, chopped

    Curry leaves – 2 stalks

    Red chillies – 2

How to prepare Green Tomato Curry?

1. Cook ingredients no: 1 in an earthen pot, adding sufficient water.

2. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2.

3. When tomatoes are cooked, add this paste to the tomatoes and mix well.

4. When the contents get heated well, take them off the flame.

5. Heat oil and temper ingredients no: 4.

6. Add it to your tomato curry and mix well using a spatula.
