Jackfruit Dip Fry

 

Ingredients for Chakkapazham Mukki Porichathu (Jackfruit Dip Fry):

 

1. Jackfruit flesh (well ripened) – ¼ kg

2. Maida – 1 cup

    Rice powder – 2 big spoons

    Sugar – 3 big spoons

    Cardamom – 3, powdered (optional)

    Water – As required

3. Oil – To deep fry

 

How to prepare Chakkapazham Mukki Porichathu (Jackfruit Dip Fry)?

 

1. Cut each jackfruit pieces into three pieces lengthwise. You can also use it as full.

2. Mix ingredients no: 2 to form the batter. The batter should be thick (not too loose).

3. Dip each jackfruit pieces in this batter and deep fry in hot oil.

4. Serve hot.
