Tender Coconut Pudding recipe

Ingredients for Tender Coconut Pudding:

1. Gelatine – 10 gm

2. Sugar – 4 big spoons

3. Boiled milk – 400 milli

4. Tender coconut – 2 cups, cut into pieces

5. Scrapped coconut – 1 cup + 3 big spoons

    Sugar – 3 big spoons

How to prepare Tender Coconut Pudding?

1. Take gelatin in a vessel and fill it with water.

2. Heat it and keep stirring till gelatine melts completely.

3. When it starts to melt, add sugar too.

4. Take boiled milk in a pan and add 1 tin of condensed milk.

5. Mix the contents well and heat them well.

6. Take off from flame and add melted gelatine & sugar.

7. Add tender coconut pieces and mix the contents.

8. Transfer the pudding to a beautiful serving bowl, and allow it to set.

9. Heat the grated coconut in a pan and then add sugar.

10. Fry the contents till they turn golden brown.

11. When it cools completely, sprinkle on the top of the pudding and serve.
