Tender Coconut Delight recipe

Ingredients for Tender Coconut Delight (Karikk Delight):

1. Raw rice (Pachari) – 10 gm

2. Milk – 100 milli

3. Sugar – 50 gm

4. Cardamom powder – 1 tsp

5. Ghee – ½ tsp

    Cashews, raisins – 5 gm each

6. Tender coconut – 100 gm

How to prepare Tender Coconut Delight (Karikk Delight)?

1. Cook rice, adding equal water and 50 gm sugar.

2. Put off the flame once it’s done.

3. Fry cashews and raisins in ghee and add to cooked rice.

4. Also add cardamom powder and tender coconut cut into small pieces.
