Avocado smoothie

Ingredients for Tender coconut – Avocado Smoothie:

1. Tender coconut – ½ cup

2. Avocado – ½

3. Cashews – 5

4. Chia seeds – 1 small spoon

5. Dates – 2

6. Fat removed milk – ½ cup

How to prepare Tender coconut – Avocado Smoothie?

1. Blend all ingredients together in a mixer.

2. Serve chilled.
