Pulao recipe

Ingredients for Tawa Pulao:

1. Oil – 3 small spoons 

    Butter – 1 small spoon 

2. Onion – 1, finely chopped 

3. Ginger-garlic paste – 1 small spoon 

    Salt – As needed 

    Cumin powder – 1 small spoon 

    Chilli powder – 1 small spoon 

    Coriander powder – 1 small spoon 

    Garam masala powder – ¼ spoon 

4. Tomato – 2, chopped 

5. Capsicum – ½ cup, chopped 

    Green peas – ¼ cup, boiled 

6. Basmati rice – 1 cup, cooked 

7. Coriander leaves – A little 

    Lemon juice – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Tawa Pulao?

1. Heat oil and butter in a pan, add onion and sauté well. 

2. Add the ingredients listed under the third section, and sauté until the raw smell goes off. 

3. Add chopped tomatoes and sauté till it turns soft. 

4. Add chopped capsicum and green peas, stir for 2 minutes, then add the cooked rice and mix well. 

5. Finally, add coriander leaves and lemon juice, mix gently, and serve hot.
