- Sweet potato boiled and smashed – 2 cups
- Roasted rava – ½ cup
- Onions chopped fine – 1
- Ginger chopped fine – 1 tablespoon
- Green chillies – 2, chopped
- Coriander leaves – 1 stem
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – A pinch
- Egg – 1
- Bread crumbs – As required
How to prepare Sweet Potato Cutlet?
- Add fried semolina, onion, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, and salt to the smashed sweet potato.
- Shape the mixture into cutlets.
- Dip each cutlet in beaten egg and coat well with bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil and deep-fry the cutlets until they turn golden brown.
- Flip both sides of the cutlets to make them crispy.
- Serve hot with a cup of tea.
