Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Breast with Palak & Mushroom:
- Chicken breast – 2
- Salt, pepper powder, garlic crushed, lemon juice – As per taste
- Butter – 1 big spoon
- Onion – 1, finely chopped
Garlic, finely chopped – 1 big spoon - Palak finely chopped – 1 cup
Mushroom finely chopped – 1/2 cup - Red chillies crushed – 1 small spoon
Salt and pepper – For taste - Olive oil – 1 small spoon
- Cheese slice -2
How to prepare Stuffed Chicken Breast with Palak & Mushroom?
- Make a deep cut in the middle portion of the chicken breast to insert filling.
- Marinate the chicken using ingredients no: 2 and keep in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 4.
- Add ingredients no: 5 and sauté ingredients no: 5.
- When the contents are well-cooked, sauté ingredients no: 6 along with it.
- When it’s done, take it off the flame.
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast till it turns brown.
- Flip both sides to fry the chicken, and its surface turns brown.
- Fill the chicken with above prepared mixture and also put a cheese slice on each.
- Transfer the chicken pieces to a baking tray and place them inside the pre-heated oven.
- Bake for the next 30 minutes.
- Serve with sauces and cooked vegetables.
To prepare the sauce:
In the remaining oil used to fry the pan, sauté a little shallots and garlic, and add a little brandy. Add mustard and chicken stock, and finally salt, cream, and pepper powder to prepare the sauce.
