Stir-Fried Chicken Noodles recipe

Ingredients for Stir-Fried Chicken Noodles:

1. Egg noodles – 225 grams

2. Chicken breast after removing skin and bones – 125 grams

3. Light soya sauce – 1 big spoon

4. Chinese rice wine – 2 small spoons, optional

5. Groundnut oil – 5 small spoons

6. Garlic – 2 cloves, chopped fine

7. Green peas – 50 grams

    Bacon – 25 grams, sliced into thin, lengthy pieces

8. Sugar – Half a small spoon

    Spring onion – two stems, chopped

9. Sesame oil – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Stir-Fried Chicken Noodles?

1. Cook noodles, drain water and place under cool running water. Then place it to drain water completely.

2. Cut chicken into small pieces, and add 2 small spoons of soya sauce and rice wine (optional).

3. Marinate the chicken pieces and keep them in the fridge for 10 minutes.

4. Heat 2 small spoons of oil in a pan and saute the chicken pieces for 2 minutes.

5. Remove the chicken from the pan, heat the remaining oil and saute the garlic.

6. Add ingredients 7 and saute again.

7. Add the remaining soya sauce, cooked noodles and ingredients 7 and saute the contents.

8. Add chicken, stir the contents well and cook the noodles until everything is well mixed.

9. Finally, add sesame oil, mix well and serve hot.
