Spinach Nest

Ingredients for Spinach Nest:

1. Potato – 20 gm

2. Spinach chopped – 50 gm

    Sprouted green gram – 15 gm

    Onions chopped – 10 gm

3. Salt, pepper, garam masala powders – As per taste

    Lemon juice – ¼ tsp

4. Beaten egg – 1

5. Vermicelli broken – 10 gm

6. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Spinach Nest?

1. Boil potatoes and smash it.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 2.

3. Add smashed potatoes and ingredients no: 3, and put off the flame.

4. When above mixture cools, make egg shapes from it.

5. Dip them in beaten egg and roll over vermicelli.

6. Heat a tawa and add a little oil.

7. Shallow fry the balls.

8. You can also deep fry them.
