Soya Burger
Ingredients for Soya Burger:
1. Soya beans – 100 gms
2. Salt and pepper powder – As needed
Cornflour – 1 tablespoon
3. Eggs – 2
4. Wheat powder – 100 gm
Bread crumbs – 100 gm
5. Soyabean oil – For frying
How to prepare Soya Burger?
1. Soak soya beans for 10 minutes in water.
2. Squeeze it and remove full water.
3. Mix it with ingredients no: 2 and then with one egg.
4. Spread it to cutlet shapes.
5. Dip it in wheat flour, then in beaten egg and finally in bread crumbs.
6. Deep fry in oil.
7. You can also place this cutlet inside Hamburger bun and serve.
