Simple steps to follow for night skin care

If you can spare 10 minutes every night for your skin care, you can keep your skin young and beautiful for many years. Night skin care is more important than morning skin care. Night time is the repairing time for skin too. Whatever damages happens to skin during day time, they are repaired at night. Here are a few simple tips for skin care at night.

1. Choose a face wash that suites your skin. First step is to clean your face using face wash. Even if you wash your face after returning home, it’s good to wash it again before doing night skin care.

2. Hyaluronic serum is good for all skin types. It retains skin moisture, especially in the case of an aging skin. Wash your face first and gently remove the moisture. Apply the serum and wait for 5 minutes.

3. As the next step, apply moisturizer based on your skin type and gently massage the face. It’s advisable not to massage face too much at night, as it can stimulate sebaceous cells of skin causing over production of oil leading to pimples.

4. Alternate days you can use this face pack. Grind tomato in a mixer and add gram flour. Mix both the ingredients to prepare the face pack. Apply it on the face and wash it when it dries. You can apply serum and moisturizer after that.
