Rava Palappam
Ingredients for Rava Palappam:
- Rava – 1 cup
- Milk – 5 cups
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Cardamom powder – as you desire
- Cashew nuts finely chopped – 5
How to prepare Rava Palappam?
- Just heat rava. No need to fry till it changes its colour.
- Boil milk and add rava to it. Cook it, stirring continuously.
- Add sugar and completely evaporate water content.
- Spread the contents to a plate and sprinkle cardamom powder and cashew pieces on top.
- Allow it to cool and then place your rava palappam in fridge.
- You can cut into desired pieces and serve chilled.
