
Ingredients for Ragi – Rice Puttu (Ragi – Rice Steamcake):
1. Ragi powder – 15 gm
Rice flour (Puttu Podi) – 15 gm
2. Coconut grated – 6 tsp
3. Salt – For taste
How to prepare Ragi – Rice Puttu (Ragi – Rice Steamcake)?
1. Mix ragi powder and rice flour, adding sufficient water and salt.
2. Allow it to rest for some time.
3. In the steamcake steamer, add a little coconut first.
4. Add the flour mixture as the second layer, followed by the grated coconut.
5. You can prepare a few layers as you desire.
6. Steam cook till your ragi-rice steam cake is ready.
