Ragi-Rice Flakes Porridge (Panjapullu – Aval Kurukk)
Ingredients for Ragi-Rice Flakes Porridge (Panjapullu – Aval Kurukk):
1. Ragi flour – 25 gm
2. Rice flakes powdered – 25 gm
3. Milk – 200 milli
4. Sugar – For taste
How to prepare Ragi-Rice Flakes Porridge (Panjapullu – Aval Kurukk)?
1. Mix both powders in milk and place in flame.
2. Continue cooking till the porridge thickens.
3. Add sufficient sugar and put off the flame.
4. Chill and use.
5. You can decorate with nuts and dry fruits too.
