Pudina Chutney (Mint Chutney)
Ingredients for Pudina Chutney (Mint Chutney):
1. Mint leaves – A bundle
2. Lemon juice – 1 small spoon
3. Cumin seeds – ¼ small spoon
4. Ginger – 1 small piece
5. Green chillies – 2
6. Salt – For taste
How to prepare Pudina Chutney (Mint Chutney)?
1. Pluck leaves from mint bundle and wash it well.
2. Add remaining items to it and grind well to make a smooth paste.
3. This chutney can be served with sandwiches, chapatti or biryani.

Note: By adding salt and lemon juice to leaves, chutney retains green colour. It’s applicable to coriander and other leafy chutneys too.
