Prawn Stuffed Paratha recipe

Ingredients for Prawn Stuffed Paratha:

1. Prawns – 1 cup

2. Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

    Salt – For taste

3. Oil – As required

4. Cumin seeds – A pinch

5. Onions chopped fine – 1

    Green chillies chopped fine – 1

    Garlic chopped fine – 1

6. Coriander powder – ¾ big spoon

    Chilli powder – ½ small spoon

    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

7. Coriander leaves chopped – ¼ cup

    Kasur methi – 1 big spoon

8. Wheat flour – 1 cup

    Salt and water – As needed

9. Oil – As required

How to prepare Prawn Stuffed Paratha?

1. Cook prawns, adding ingredients no: 2.

2. Heat oil and sputter cumin seeds.

3. Add ingredients no: 5 to it and sauté.

4. When onions turn brown, add ingredients no: 6, followed by cooked prawns.

5. Add coriander leaves and Kasur methi, and turn the flame off

6. Prepare chapati dough from wheat flour, adding salt and water.

7. Make small balls from the dough and fill the prawn filling inside them.

8. Wrap it again to form balls, and spread again as chapatis.

9. Cook on a hot tawa, adding oil on both sides.
