Potato Kabab
Ingredients for Potato Kabab:
1. Potato – 4
2. Bread crumbs – 1 cup
3. Coriander powder – 1 small spoon
Cumin powdered – 1 small spoon
Garam masala – ½ small spoon
Salt – As required
4. Maida – ½ cup
5. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Potato Kabab?
1. Boil potatoes and smash it.
2. Add ¼ cup bread crumbs to it and ingredients no: 3.
3. Make cutlet shapes from this mixture.
4. Coat them in maida followed by bread crumbs, and deep fry in hot oil.
5. Serve with tamarind chutney and curd, or any sauce of your choice.
