Pineapple Souffle
Ingredients for Pineapple Souffle:
1. Milk – ½ litre
Sugar – 100 gm
2. Condensed milk – 2 cups
3. China grass – 30 gm
4. Pineapple chopped – 1.5 cups
Sugar – 4 big spoons
5. Cashews – As needed
Sugar – 2 big spoons
How to prepare Pineapple Souffle?
1. Mix milk and sugar and place in flame.
2. When it heats, add condensed milk and stir the contents.
3. Add a little water to china grass and place in another pan in flame.
4. Keep boiling till china grass melts in water completely.
5. Pour it to boiling condensed milk mixture, stir well and put off the flame.
6. Add sugar to pineapple and place in flame.
7. Cook pineapple mixture till it turns golden brown and spread to a tray.
8. Pour china grass – condensed milk mixture on its top and allow it to set.
9. Heat sugar in pan till it turns brown.
10. Add a little water and stir it.
11. Keep boiling till sugar solution thickens and add cashews.
12. Mix well the contents and put off the flame.
13. When it cools, make a fine powder.
14. Sprinkle this powder on the top of Pineapple Souffle.
15. Refrigerate it and later cut into desired shapes.
