Palak – Fennel Pakoda
Ingredients for Palak – Fennel Pakoda:
1. Chopped palak – 3 handful
2. Chopped onion – 1
3. Gram flour – 6 table spoons
4. Rice flour – ½ tsp
5. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
6. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
7. Coriander powder – ¼ tsp
8. Fennel seeds – ¼ tsp
9. Baking soda – A pinch
10. Salt and oil – As required
How to prepare Palak – Fennel Pakoda?
1. Mix all ingredients, except oil, together. Add required amount of water.
2. As palak has water content, take care of consistency of batter while preparing.
3. Heat oil and put palak mixture little by little.
4. Deep fry till it turns red colour.
