Orange – Coconut Panna Cotta recipe

Ingredients for Orange – Coconut Panna Cotta:

1. Coconut milk – 1.5 cups

2. Fresh cream – ½ cup

3. Sugar – ¼ cup

4. China grass powder – 1 tsp

5. Hot water – 4 tablespoons

For Orange Layer:

6. Orange juice – 2 cups

7. Sugar – 2.5 tablespoons

8. China grass powder – 2 tsp

9. Hot water – 4 tablespoons

How to prepare Orange – Coconut Panna Cotta?

Orange Coconut Panna Cotta

1. To prepare the orange layer, first take China grass and pour hot water little by little.

2. Keep stirring till the China grass melts completely.

3. Heat the orange juice in a pan and add sugar.

4. Stir continuously till the sugar melts and turn off the flame.

5. Pour this juice into four serving glasses and close with lids.

6. When it cools, place it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes to set.

7. Take China grass powder in a bowl and pour hot water little by little.

8. Keep stirring till the China grass melts completely.

9. Heat coconut milk and cream in a saucepan.

10. Add sugar, stir continuously till sugar melts, and turn off the flame.

11. Add the China grass mixture to it and mix well.

12. When it cools, pour it on the top of the refrigerated orange layer.

13. Close the lid again and place it back into the refrigerator for 40 minutes to set.

14. Your Orange – Coconut Panna Cotta is ready to serve.
