Nizami Aloo
Nizami Aloo is a Hyderabadi dish.
Ingredients for Nizami Aloo:
1. Potato – 2
2. Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 small spoon
Aamchur powder – 1 small spoon
Chat masala – 1 small spoon
Salt – For taste
Coriander leaves chopped – 1 small spoon
Sesame seeds – 1 small spoon
3. Ghee – 1 small spoon
How to prepare Nizami Aloo?
1. Half boil potatoes along with skin, adding sufficient water and salt.
2. Slice them into lengthy pieces along with skin.
3. Deep fry then in hot oil.
4. Mix ingredients no: 2 and then toss along with fried potatoes.
5. Place them in a container, and put embers at the centre portion.
6. Pour ghee on the ember and close the container with a tight lid.
7. After 10 minutes, open the lid and mix the contents.
8. Serve with thick curd or dates chutney.
