Special Nuts Pulao

Ingredients for Special Nuts Pulao:

1. Basmati rice – 450 gm

2. Butter – 6 table spoons

    Oil – 1 table spoon

3. Bay leaf – 1

    Pepper seeds – 4

    Cardamom – 4

4. Salt – For taste

    Raisins, almonds – ½ cup each

    Water – 4 cups

How to prepare Special Nuts Pulao?

1. Wash rice and strain excess water.

2. Heat oil and butter together, and sauté ingredients no: 3.

3. Add rice and remaining ingredients and mix well.

4. When water boils, close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.

5. When rice is well cooked, put off the flame.

6. Open the lid after 5 minutes, and serve your special nuts pulao.
