Dates Shake

Ingredients:

  1. Milk – ½ liter
  2. Cold water – ½ cup
  3. Sugar – ½ cup
  4. Vanilla essence – a small spoon
  5. Coffee powder of good quality – ½ tsp
  6. Dates with seed removed – 10
  7. Butter – 1 small spoon
  8. Cashew chops – 1 big spoon

Method of preparation:

  1. Freeze milk by placing in refrigerator.
  2. Take a mixer jar. Add milk along with required amount of sugar, water and vanilla essence. Beat well.
  3. Add coffee powder and dates and beat it again.
  4. Heat butter in a pan and fry cashew pieces till light brown.
  5. Add these cashew pieces to your dates shake and serve in juice glasses.
