Bibingka
Ingredients to prepare Bibingka:
1. Egg’s yellow yolk – 20
Sugar – 750 gm (or as required)
2. Maida – 500 gm
3. Milk – ½ Ltr
Coconut milk – 1 Ltr
4. Nutmeg powder – 1 pinch
How to prepare Bibingka?
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree Celsius.
2. Add sugar to egg yolk and blend well.
3. Add maida to this mixture and blend it well without clots.
4. Add coconut milk to this mixture and prepare the flour without any clots.
5. Take a flat vessel, spread oil or ghee and spread one big spoon mixture with the help of a spoon.
6. Place it in the pre-heated oven for about 5 minutes till Bibinka turns brown colour.
7. Spread a little ghee on top, and spread one more big spoon mixture. Place it in oven again.
8. Repeat the process till full maida mixture is spread.
9. Cut into desired pieces once prepared.
