Fruit Smoothies
Ingredients for Fruit Smoothies:
For Cherry Caviar:
1. Tinned cherry – 250 gm
2. Thick curd – 2/3 cups
Sugar – For taste
3. Cherry – To decorate
For Kiwi Cooler:
4. Kiwi – 4, cut into 4 pieces after removing skin
Soda lemon water – ¾ cup
5. Strawberry ice-cream – 2 big spoons
For Mango & Orange Smoothie:
6. Mango – 1 big, cut into pieces
7. Orange juice – From 2 medium sized oranges
Mango ice-cream – 3 scoops
8. Orange skin peeled – To decorate
For Honey Dew Smoothie:
9. Musk melon – ¼ kg
Water – 1.5 cups
Honey – 2 big spoons
How to prepare Fruit Smoothies?
1. To prepare Cherry Caviar, beat cherry & syrup with curd and sugar.
2. Transfer the Cherry Caviar to serving glasses.
3. Place cherries on its top by using a toothpick, and serve.
4.To prepare Kiwi cooler, beat together kiwis and soda lemon water.
5. Transfer the contents to serve glasses and place ice cream as topping to serve.
6. To prepare Mango & Orange Smoothie, beat together mango, ice-cream and orange juice.
7. Transfer the smoothie to serving glasses and decorate with orange skin.
8. To prepare Honey Dew Smoothie, beat well water melon with honey and water.
9. Transfer to glasses and serve.
