Mutton Dum Curry
Ingredients for Mutton Dum Curry:
- Mutton – 1 kg
- Onion – 1/2 kg
- Ginger chopped – 1 table spoon
- garlic chopped – 2 table spoon
- Green chillies chopped – 2
- Sunflower oil – 100 milli
- Garam masala -20 gm
- Chilli powder – 1tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 2 tsp
- Chicken masala – 2 tsp
- Tomato – 250gm
- Salt – as needed
- Coriander leaves – 2 stem
- Maida – 200 gm
Method of preparation of Mutton Dum Curry:
- Take a dum and add oil, garam masala, garlic and onion.
- Fry till it becomes golden brown
- Add 8-11 ingredients and mix well.
- Make tomato paste and add to it.
- Add mutton, salt, coriander leaves and sufficient water.
- Stir the contents well and close the lid.
