Moco Choco Mousse recipe

Ingredients for Moco Choco Mousse:

1. Dark chocolate cut into very fine pieces – 200 gm

2. Water – ¼ cup

    Sugar – 3 big spoons

3. Heavy cream – 1 cup

4. Instant Coffee powder – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Moco Choco Mousse?

1. Transfer chocolate pieces to a heat-proof bowl.

2. Transfer sugar and water to a pan and boil on a medium flame till the sugar is fully dissolved.

3. Pour this sugar solution into the bowl containing the chocolate pieces.

4. Close the bowl and allow the chocolate to melt completely.

5. Keep the bowl as such till the chocolate mixture completely cools off.

6. Beat cream in a bowl. Occasionally, add coffee powder.

7. Continue beating till small hill-like structures appear.

8. Add half of the cream mixture to the melted chocolate and mix it well.

9. Add the remaining cream mixture also, and mix the contents well.

10. Transfer the Moco Choco Mousse to small serving bowls or a big serving bowl.

11. Wrap it using a cling film and place it in the refrigerator to set.

12. Take it out just 15 minutes before you serve.
