Mixed-Fruit-Compote

Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Compote French Toast:

1. Sandwich bread – 2 slices

2. Compote – 1 big spoon

3. Egg – 1

    Milk – 50 milli

    Sugar – 2 small spoons

    Cinnamon powdered – A pinch

4. Butter – 1 small spoon

For Compote:

5. Grape juice – 200 milli

6. Seedless grapes – 500 gm, chopped fine

    Apple – 300 gm, chopped fine

    Pine apple – 200 gm, chopped fine

7. Sugar – 300 gm

    Lemon juice – From 1 lemon

    Cinnamon powder – A pinch

How to prepare Mixed Fruit Compote French Toast?

1. Beat ingredients no: 3 in a bowl.

2. Take one bread slice and apply a thin layer of Compote.

3. Place second bread slice on its top.

4. Remove the edges of bread slices and dip in egg-milk mixture.

5. Heat a tawa and grease it with butter.

6. Place the bread slices in tawa and grill both sides.

7. Serve hot.

Method of preparation of Compote:

1. Boil grape juice, and add ingredients no: 6 to it.

2. Allow the contents to boil to well, and then add ingredients no: 7.

3. Continue cooking till the mixture turns thick.

4. Put off the flame and allow it to cool.
