Missi Masala Roti recipe

Ingredients for Missi Masala Roti:

1. Gram flour – 1 cup

2. Wheat flour – 1 cup

3. Curd – 2 tablespoons

4. Chilli powder – ½ tsp

5. Amchur powder (Dry mango powder) – 3 pinches

6. Cumin seeds fried and powdered – ½ tsp

7. Coriander leaves – 3 tsp

8. Salt – As needed

How to prepare Missi Masala Roti?

1. Mix gram flour, wheat flour, and salt, and strain through a strainer.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and add a little water to prepare the dough. The dough should not be too tight or too loose.

3. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and make balls from them.

4. Spread into roti shapes and cook in a tawa.
